Description
We scanned our Panasonic GH4 camera with an Artec Space Spider. This was an untreated scan, so we scanned the camera as-is with no prep done whatsoever.
The camera is black and significantly glossy, which did affect the texture quality, but the geometry came out just excellent! Every surface and component piece of the camera has been captured in highly realistic color 3D. From the viewfinder, to the control wheel, all the buttons and knobs, as well as the dials and covers and caps, even the flash mount and all the camera’s markings have been perfectly brought over into this stunning 3D model.
