Description

Create a functional MG22 with this simple modification for a Ruger 10/22 carbine.

This can be configured as a rifle using a carbine or virgin receiver. The images shown are mocked up with an 16" bull-barrel (1" diameter).

These files are to create a chassis for a Ruger 10/22 that should be procured through all proper legal channels. None of the parts designed here can be altered to be designated as a firearm under the NFA.

Parts are designed to print on an Ender 3 or larger build space.

Scale is in mm. Scale up / down uniformly by 2540% in slicing software as needed.

3D printing settings


Layer Resolution: 0.2 mm for a balance of quality and speed.

Extruder Temperature: 200°C for PLA, 230°C for ABS. (Adjust for material.)

Print Speed: 50-60 mm/sec for optimal surface quality.

Supports: Use for complex parts, set density at 15-20%.

Bed Adhesion: Use glue or tape to prevent warping.

Infill: 20% for regular models, 100% for extra strength if needed.
