Description
This measuring tape was scanned as a potential demo object. No texture or geometry modifications were needed prior to scanning. In less than 3 minutes’ time, the entire object was captured in high-resolution full color 3D. The shiny metal surfaces of the belt clip and the hook, at the very tip of the tape measure blade, are no trouble for Space Spider. Even the head of the metal screw holding the belt clip to the case and the horizontal grip lines on the thumb lock have all been вАЬdigitally clonedвАЭ in full color 3D.
